On the afternoon of December 26, 2025, the “Warm Winter” Career Guidance Program for the Class of 2026, organized by the Career Guidance Center of Southeast University, was successfully held. Closely aligned with national policies on promoting employment and entrepreneurship among college graduates, the program was designed to strengthen support for key student groups and to facilitate higher-quality and more sufficient employment for the Class of 2026.

The program featured six specialized service areas, including career consultation, résumé optimization, interview coaching, civil service examination guidance, psychological counseling, and overseas study consultation. A total of 18 experts were invited, comprising Global Career Development Facilitators (GCDF), human resources professionals from leading enterprises, certified psychological counselors, experienced civil service instructors, and study-abroad consultants. Through a one-on-one targeted guidance model, the program provided comprehensive and professional career support services.

Focusing on students’ diverse developmental needs, each service area delivered tailored guidance. Career consultation sessions helped students clarify personal interests, identify core competencies, and align career planning with long-term development. Résumé optimization and interview coaching improved students’ practical job-seeking skills through detailed feedback and scenario-based training. Meanwhile, civil service consultation offered systematic guidance on policy interpretation, examination preparation, and career pathways in public service.

In addition, psychological counseling services addressed common challenges such as stress and anxiety during the graduation season, helping students build resilience and maintain a positive mindset. Overseas study consultation provided structured guidance on global academic opportunities, including application procedures and cross-cultural adaptation. The program also integrated digital resources such as AI-powered mock interviews and résumé optimization tools, enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of career services.

By combining professional guidance with human-centered care, the program effectively supported students in enhancing their employability and clarifying their future directions. The Career Guidance Center will continue to implement diversified and high-quality career development initiatives, empowering students to actively respond to national needs and contribute to social development with confidence and competence.
