2026 Spring Large-Scale Job Fair and Career Experience Week Successfully Held
On March 28, Southeast University successfully concluded its 2026 Spring “Serving the Nation Through Talent” Series Large-Scale Job Fair and Career Experience Week. Representatives from the Student Affairs Office and various academic departments engaged with employers and graduates on-site. Nearly 6,000 graduating students attended the event, marking a record scale.

The job fair attracted over 570 high-quality employers, covering strategic emerging industries such as new-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, biomedicine, and new energy. Leading organizations, including national defense enterprises, state key laboratories, and central state-owned enterprises, participated. Six cities, including Wuxi and Hefei, also joined as delegations to provide diverse employment opportunities.
Closely aligned with national priorities, the event highlighted “hard-core” industries. Major companies such as China State Shipbuilding Corporation, Aviation Industry Corporation of China, and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation set up dedicated booths. In addition, institutions like CITIC Securities and Bank of Ningbo offered positions across disciplines, achieving broad coverage in science, engineering, medicine, and the humanities.

The event also introduced innovative digital services, including the “Distinguished Talent Express,” which provided personalized job recommendations through QR code-based systems. Meanwhile, the Career Experience Week attracted over 4,500 participants with its “park-style experience + real-scenario practice,” supporting both career exploration and practical training.
To date, the university has organized 1,106 recruitment sessions for the Class of 2026, offering over 180,000 job positions. Through continuous innovation in services and close alignment with national strategies, the university aims to support students in contributing to key sectors and fulfilling their mission of serving national development.
