In four years, he participated in more than ten innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and won one international award, four national awards and four provincial and ministerial awards.

During her undergraduate studies, Lu Yujia participated in the 11th ICAN International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Beijing and Hong Kong, winning the special prize in the Chinese division and the international silver award; He has also participated in a national level entrepreneurship practice project for college students, which ended with an "excellent" title. He believes that this process is guided by interest and has enabled him to gain technological knowledge and abilities.

In terms of professional learning and research, Lu Yujia focuses on aligning with international standards and cultivating an international perspective. He has visited the University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne in Australia to exchange and study artificial intelligence applications. In the same year, he was admitted to the Electronic Information major at the School of Integrated Circuits, Southeast University, marking a successful conclusion to his undergraduate scientific and technological innovation training.

With the ambition of precision research, we aim to carve out the dream of "Chinese chips"

In 2021, Lu Yujia entered the School of Integrated Circuits at Southeast University to pursue a master's degree in Electronic Information. During his time in school, he quickly completed a transformation in his identity, from a state of extensive knowledge and skills exploration during his undergraduate studies to a state of focusing on in-depth exploration of the field of integrated circuit professional skills. He actively engaged in professional knowledge learning and skill improvement, built a solid foundation of integrated circuit professional knowledge, and was determined to serve the country.

During her school years, Lu Yujia engaged in research in the field of silicon-based millimeter wave RF integrated circuits, devoted herself to scientific research and innovation work, and actively participated in national key research and development projects and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, continuously improving her research capabilities. At the same time, he is constantly honing his technical skills in professional technical competitions. In 2022, he participated in the National College Students' Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the first prize in the East China Division. In terms of scientific research, Lu Yujia has applied for one invention patent and published two academic journal papers and one conference paper. On the path of scientific research, he yearns for exploration and deep cultivation, with a sweet taste.

Building the Great Wall of Electronic Warfare National Defense with Mission Responsibility

After three years of graduate studies, Lu Yujia has become determined to engage in engineering research in her field. In response to national policies, he chose the 29th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group as the place where he will strive for the future and contribute his own strength to the national defense electronic warfare cause.

The 29th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation is the earliest national first-class system engineering research institute established in China, specializing in technical research, equipment model development, and production. Its mission is to "lead electronic technology, build national meridians, forge safety foundations, and create a smart era". After a deep understanding, Lu Yujia deeply realized the high degree of alignment between personal ideals and corporate mission, and chose to embark on this path of electronics. He shoulders the responsibility and strives for the unity of personal value and national development.

Q&A

Q: During your undergraduate studies, your experience in technological innovation was already very rich. How did you balance your technological innovation projects with your academic life? Do you have any experience in technology innovation practice that you can share with younger students?

A: Every student has strong plasticity during their undergraduate studies, and participating in technology projects is a way to cultivate a spirit of scientific exploration, which inevitably requires more time and energy investment. Therefore, the most important thing is to set priorities for their academic, scientific and technological innovation, as well as various aspects of life, and promote them in an orderly manner according to the priority order. In fact, it is possible to achieve a balance between learning, life, and scientific and technological innovation. The practical experience of technological innovation cannot be considered, but there are some insights that can be shared:

1. Guided by interests, focus on participating in projects that one is good at or interested in. The biggest taboo when participating in technology innovation projects is to give up halfway, so choosing a project that interests oneself can better stimulate one's motivation. On the other hand, it is important to avoid participating in projects with a wide range of majors and spending a lot of time in areas that are completely unfamiliar to oneself, which can actually delay normal learning and life progress.

2. Pay more attention to the practical process rather than the competition ranking. Strictly speaking, the process of technological innovation practice is much more important than competition rankings. With a mindset of learning and expanding horizons, and a rational view of competition rankings, one will gain more in the process of practice.

3. If there are students who plan to further their studies, perhaps they can plan ahead with targeted strategies. There are still many opportunities for trial and error during the undergraduate stage. Continuously trying in the process of participating in scientific and technological innovation projects and finding areas that one likes and excels in will greatly benefit future further education.

Q: May I ask how you finally made up your mind to go to the Electronic Technology Group Research Institute? Did your experiences during graduate school have any impact on your decision?

A: During my graduate studies, I was deeply involved in multiple projects closely related to my research direction. Therefore, when faced with graduation choices, I clearly realized the high degree of alignment between my personal ideals and the military research platform, which focuses on the field that I aspire to deeply cultivate and utilize my strengths in. After considering personal interests, professional accumulation, and national strategic needs, I have finally made the decision to join, firmly believing that this place can achieve the unity of personal value and national development to the greatest extent possible.

Q: Faced with the current employment environment, may I ask if you can give some employment advice to the younger students?

A: 1. Improve one's own abilities. To forge iron, one needs to be firm and improve their skills as soon as possible.

2. Plan ahead and prepare in advance. Polish your resume in advance, learn more about employment channels and your target employment direction, and conduct background checks on relevant companies as much as possible. Only by knowing yourself and your enemy can you win a hundred battles.

3.Taking into account all factors, make a rational decision. The final choice still needs to balance development space, job content matching, company stability, urban living costs, etc. In terms of mentality, one should be able to accept the idea of "entering the industry first and then developing", and pay more attention to long-term development.

Graduate message

I hope that younger students will carry the imprint of 'striving for excellence', dare to innovate, and care about their country. No matter where we go in the future, always maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, and move forward bravely! Brave climb the peak!
